Callpoint is being built to help people understand first-responder decisions from inside the moment. Short, interactive POV scenarios put you in the role of a dispatcher, officer, medic, or crisis negotiator—with a clock running and incomplete information.

Our founder brings 10 years of law enforcement experience, including investigations, CIT, and clinical training. Deidentified composite calls protect identities while preserving the complexity that makes each decision worth discussing.

Our purpose is empathy, not spectacle. Real responder debriefs explore the cues and trade-offs behind each choice. Planned agency tools will support CIT and de-escalation discussions, without replacing professional training or certification.
